Hours & Closures
Our hours may vary slightly from day to day depending on client needs,
so we always recommend giving us a quick call to confirm before stopping by.
If we need to close for any reason, updates will be posted on our Facebook page.
For the safety of our patients, clients, and staff, all dogs and cats over 3 months of age must have a current rabies vaccination with a USDA-licensed vaccine (1- or 3-year vaccines).
This requirement applies to veterinary visits, grooming, and training appointments.
If we do not already have your pet’s rabies certificate on file, please bring a copy with you. Rabies tags cannot be accepted as proof of vaccination.
If your pet’s rabies vaccine is not current, it can be updated during a veterinary appointment.
Grooming and training services will need to be rescheduled until vaccination records are verified.
When you schedule an appointment, that time is set aside just for your pet and their provider.
If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for regular appointments and 48 hours’ notice for anesthetic appointments so we can offer that time to another pet who needs care.
If an appointment is missed without notice or canceled the same day, a deposit will be required when scheduling future appointments.
Technician Appointments
Technician appointments are available within 6 months of your pet’s annual wellness exam and are limited to vaccines and continued treatments only. New conditions must be scheduled with the veterinarian.
Pets receiving prescription medications must have a doctor’s exam at least every 6 months to continue their prescription plan.
Annual bloodwork is required for patients on long-term medications.
Online prescriptions can be processed through VetsFirstChoice or Chewy. Written prescriptions can also be provided for use at the pharmacy of your choice. A $5 fee applies to written prescriptions.
Please allow 48 hours for prescription requests to be processed.
Medication Returns
All prescription medications are final sale. By law, we cannot accept returns once a medication has left the clinic, even if unopened, because we cannot verify proper storage or handling.
